Q. I get the following error message when installation of the Migun
Software: "Setup cannot install Microsoft .NET Framework because another version of the product is already installed."
A. If you are targeting a non-English platform or if you wish to view .NET Framework resources in a different language, you must download the appropriate language version of the .NET Framework language pack. To do this please visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ Make sure to choose "custom update" and install all Optional and High Priority Updates.
Q. What do I need for my ID Card printer to work?
A. You will need ID cards, printer ribbon and a cleaning kit. Although you will not initially need your cleaning kit, in our opinion it is better to have one on hand so that when you need it you won't have to have one shipped UPS-priority

Software Maintenance and Support:
Q. What is included with my initial purchase of the software?
A. The initial purchase includes remote assistance to setup the software correctly, modify reports to make sure that your information appears correctly on them and initial software training.
Q. What is software maintenance and why do I need it?
A. Software maintenance allows you to take advantage of all the software updates. As we continue to develop this software you will benefit from the newly added features and bug fixes. In addition, the software maintenance also provides you with technical support should you have to call into our office.
Q. Does your software maintenance include onsite service?
A. No. Our software support includes remote assistance via the internet.
You should have broadband internet access for optimal support.
Q. I changed my computer name and nothing works now. What is the problem?
A. The software is dependent on the computer name and applications that run on your computer system name. Once you change the name of your computer name the software configuration settings are no longer valid. Reinstallation of the software is required however you may loose data if not done correctly. Please contact your support representative to resolve this issue properly.
Q. I purchased the hardware from you, what is my support?
A. If you purchased the hardware from us we will take care of any warranty issues for you. This way you will not have to hunt down your hardware support representative for warranty issues.
Q. I did not purchase my hardware from you. Can you help?
A. If you do not purchase hardware from us our support options are limited.
We will only be able to assist you on a case by case basis. Unfortunately in the worst case scenario you will have to either purchase new equipment and/or work with the original hardware supplier to resolve any warranty related issues.
Q. Does your hardware support include onsite service?
A. No. Hardware support is diagnosed via phone or remote support. If we determine that a replacement is required we will make arrangements with your company and a common carrier (IE: UPS, FedEx) to get your replacement parts.
Q. My intake sheet will not open?
A. You will need to have a PDF viewer installed. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and install the free adobe acrobat reader. You should restart your computer after the adobe installation is complete. Once installed if this does not correct the problem please contact support.
Q. Windows asks me which program to open my intake sheet with.

Q. Windows gives me an error when I try to open my intake sheet.
A. Your default PDF document is set to open a program that does not support PDF files. You will need to have a PDF viewer installed. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and install the free adobe acrobat reader. You should restart your computer after the adobe installation is complete. Once installed if this does not correct the problem please contact support.
